This humble lil book club has come a long way. Thanks to everyone who helps to keep it going. In honor of this special day, I have declared it Book Club Day, and there will be no school. Feel free to share your favorite book club moment in the comments...

Usually birth stories make me uncomfortable, but this one was quite touching. Except maybe the part about you bleeding. But then, it wouldn't be a good birth story without some bleeding.

^^Gross. Favorite moment: Hunger Games and everything about it. The book (amazing), Landee's review (Hilarious), Your animated representations of you & Peeta getting us hyped for the discussion (I can't find the one now with Kat & Peeta in their flaming clothes - brilliant), and of course the discussion - including a fight for the last word which may or may not still be going on. I'm still hoping we can recapture the magic some day. When did love die?

Hunger Games.

And Memzy mocking WD because it was about rabbits.

Only regret: missing the review night of City of Bones.

The hunger games and the discussion had to be the best. Oh, and the avatars they crack me up every time.

Favorite moment-Renesme and her boob biting. Kept me laughing in bed hours after. I could lay down and die on a bed of roses for that night again.

I have to say my junior year Homecoming when I went to the dance with Long Duck Dong. Thanks LDD for the great time. I will cherish the nasty spaghetti you cooked for us that night forever (even though your dad owned a restaurant).GAG

My favorite book club moment was the Hunger Games month. The entire month was awesome. I read it. Then I watched Jenny's avatars. Then we discussed it. Then we all yelled at Amy for not loving Peeta.

I'm hoping Catching Fire will bring some of that magic back. Keeping expectations low tho, you gize. You've got to.

Also loved Breaking Dawn reviews and discussion.... that was book clubbin' old skool.
